The "Therapy Treadmill" Problem

Most parents find us after months (or years) of weekly therapy that didn't stick. You feel like you're paying for a session just to hear "they didn't talk much today."

  • You need more than weekly therapy.

If your teen is refusing school, struggling with self-harm, or socially isolating weekly therapy likely isn't enough.

"We don't just add more talk. We change the intensity and the environment."

  • But not an overnight hospitalization.

If they don't need a locked hospital but need daily structure and consistent support, a day program is the sweet spot.

Choose Your Path Forward

"Conflict at home, parenting disagreements, or sibling tension."

Working with the whole family to rebuild trust, set healthy boundaries, and ensure the home environment supports long-term healing.

Individual Therapy

Common Signs:

"Navigating anxiety, social stress, or identity development."

One-on-one sessions with specialists who understand the adolescent brain and build deep, authentic therapeutic alliances.

We’ve helped hundreds of families find their way home.

Our team consists of specialists who have dedicated their careers to the unique complexity of the adolescent years. We don't just "talk" to your teen—we advocate for them in their schools, coach you as parents, and create an environment of active healing.

“We treat the human, the history, and the future. All in one place.”
