Offers supportive space for partners to address relational difficulties alongside a skilled therapist. In this space, a therapist emphasizes open dialogue, effective techniques, and the opportunity to improve communication, rebuild trust, strengthen connection and ultimately foster healthier and more fulfilling relationships.
Family therapy helps resolve conflicts by improving communication, understanding, and problem-solving skills within the family. It aims to strengthen the emotional bonds between family members, fostering a supportive and nurturing environment.
Family therapy can be used to address a wide range of issues, including marital problems, parenting challenges, substance abuse, mental health disorders, and life transitions.
While the focus is on the family system, family therapy also supports individual growth by helping members understand how their actions and behaviors impact the family as a whole.
The unique benefits of group therapy include a supportive environment where individuals can connect with others who share similar challenges, which significantly reduces feelings of isolation and encourages connection.
Participants gain diverse perspectives, enhance social skills, and receive mutual support and feedback, all while practicing new behaviors in a safe space.
The group setting fosters accountability, motivation, and a sense of community, helping to normalize experiences and reduce stigma.
Couples on the brink of separation or divorce
Families dealing with deep-rooted conflict, betrayal, or trauma
People who want to go deeper, faster, without time in between sessions
Anyone who’s saying: “I need help now and I don’t have time to do this slowly.”
Weekly therapy has its place, but when the issues are layered, urgent, or emotionally loaded, sometimes 60 minutes just isn’t enough.
With our Deep-Work Therapy Intensives, we create a custom roadmap to help you make real progress over the course of a powerful, focused multi-hour experience.
You’ll get dedicated time, multiple perspectives (if needed), and the safe, guided space to unpack what’s really going on—all without having to stop just as you're starting to break through.
The Rosemary Tree Policy and Procedure manual is located in the shelving above the printers in the far west of the building. The manual is on the top shelf on the left side and has Policy and Procedure written on the spine of the notebook. There is a table in the kitchen and you can look over the manual and one of us will be with you shortly.
