Jason is the clinical director of The Rosemary Tree providing mental health services in Phoenix AZ.
Jason is a passionate guide who can walk with you towards freedom, joy, clarification and health. He is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, executive coach/guide, and creator of a variety of intensive style healing journeys. He get’s excited to invite others into a process of discovering their own beautiful next.
He believes in a holistic, creative, personalized approach and values including nature in the healing process as the more than human world brings a different type of connection for all of us. He’s happy to sit on a paddleboard in the pool for a session, go for a walk, hit a trail for a sunset session, engage in a breathing session, or listen to your favorite song.
He works with all ages- individuals and couples, but specializes in adolescents and their families.
Finding a new food spot, or better yet, the best new sugar treat drives him on the daily. He doesn’t understand all the new lingo, but isn’t afraid to use it, even incorrectly - No Cap.
Claire is a licensed marriage and family therapist providing mental health counseling in Phoenix AZ.
With 10+ years of experience she has specialized training in working with couples and individuals experiencing betrayal and/or loss of trust in relationships. She also specializes in complex trauma, attachment injuries, and issues related to shame. She believes that healing can only happen with there is a change in the system, the practice of responding to pain differently.
She sees adults, couples, and families using a variety of client centered therapies focusing on regulating the nervous system to learn new ways of relating to self and other. Narrative therapy, attachment theories, Internal family systems, and sensorimotor. Claire is trained in sexual addition recovery, EMDR, and betrayal trauma.

Michelle is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing mental health counseling in Phoenix AZ. She specializes in individuals, families/couples, and children. She addresses topics such a trauma, identity, relationships, parenting, spiritual trauma and spiritual journey and experienced working with symptoms such as family conflict, post-traumatic stress responses, loss of trust in self/others, attachment, and shame.

Sam is a certified mindfulness facilitator, licensed social worker, and experienced therapist specializing in helping dads, moms, couples, teens, and families improve communication, resolve conflicts, strengthen bonds, and better manage stress. As a devoted but imperfect dad, husband, brother, and son, Sam understands firsthand how challenging, and rewarding, family life can be.
Using mindfulness-based therapies (DBT, ACT, MBCT), solution-focused brief therapy, and creative modalities like art, narrative, and music therapy, Sam tailors every session to your unique needs. With over a decade of experience in mental health and mindfulness, Sam can help you and your family celebrate the good times, navigate the bad times, and not miss the moments in between.
Rachael is the Clinical Director of our Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Phoenix AZ, which means she specializes in working with teens and their families. She also enjoys working with couples who find themselves stuck in their pain and desiring to connect in more fulfilling ways. She is passionate about helping clients heal from the things that are holding them back from living more fully. As a trauma-informed marriage and family therapist, Rachael works to honor all parts of who you are and what you've experienced that have brought you to the place where you're looking for help. A belief in each person's innate goodness and worth drives Rachael's work.
She loves experiencing life with friends and family-trying all kinds of foods, exploring new places, and being challenged to keep learning and growing.
Danielle is a Licensed Associate Counselor providing mental health counseling in Phoenix AZ. She works with individuals of all ages addressing topics such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, and parenting. She also specializes in working with individuals with Neurodevelopmental differences, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and Specific Learning Disabilities.
She has a Humanistic and strength-based approach to counseling while utilizing Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Play Therapy, and art experiential activities to help individuals identify and process their thoughts, experiences, and emotions surrounding a variety of topics to produce positive change. Danielle enjoys exploring nature, playing instruments, and painting. She believes being good at a hobby is marked by the joy it adds to your life rather than how well it is completed.
As an intern in the Marriage and Family Therapy Program at Fuller Theological Seminary, Haley is deeply committed to a holistic approach in therapy. Her practice emphasizes the importance of understanding the systems in which individuals operate and the ways these systems influence their well-being.
She has a particular focus on working with individuals (children, teens and adults) and couples who have experienced trauma. Her therapeutic approach incorporates modalities such as Attachment Therapy, Restoration Therapy, Sensorimotor Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support clients in a comprehensive and empathetic manner.
Outside of her professional work, she enjoy taking her dog to the park when the weather is favorable, sewing, exploring nature, and going for walks. These activities help her maintain balance and bring a grounded perspective to her practice.
Danielle is an intern in the Licensed Professional Counseling program at Ottawa University, with a focus on Expressive Art Therapy. She is deeply committed to supporting individuals of all ages—children, teens, and adults—in a compassionate, creative, and holistic way. Danielle believes in the power of art and creativity to help people express themselves and heal, and she tailors her approach to each person’s unique needs.
Drawing from a blend of therapeutic practices, Danielle incorporates Expressive Art Therapy, along with techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Sensorimotor Therapy, and Attachment Therapy.. Her goal is to help clients build emotional resilience, improve communication, and work through challenges like anxiety, trauma, depression, self-esteem, and life transitions.
When she’s not working with clients, Danielle enjoys spending time outdoors, engaging in her own art, and reading a good book.
