Michelle has spent her life in roles that ask the same essential thing: show up fully for another person. First as a teacher, now as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and co-owner of The Rosemary Tree alongside her husband Jason, she brings that same steady, whole-hearted presence to every person she sits with individuals, couples, families, and children navigating some of life's harder terrain.
Trauma, medical hardship, relationship strain, identity exploration, parenting stress, the spiritual journey—Michelle has walked alongside people through all of it. She draws from a rich toolkit (EMDR, IFS, ACT, CBT, Gottman, Restoration Therapy, and sensory-based approaches), but what guides her more than any modality is the person in front of her and their story, their relationships, the world they're moving through. Warm, collaborative, and refreshingly direct, she focuses on all of the person rather than fitting anyone into a one-size-fits-all approach. Her goal is to help people better understand themselves, feel more grounded, and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
She believes growth begins with curiosity and compassion and that there is always another way.
Outside of her work, Michelle enjoys being outdoors, getting lost in a good book, learning new things, and spending time with her family. She loves animals and can often be found unwinding on the floor with her dog. And yes she takes both her tea and her coffee seriously.
Danielle is passionate about walking alongside individuals (children, teens, and adults) in a compassionate, creative, and holistic way. She believes in the power of art and creativity to open space for expression and healing, and she gently tailors her approach to meet each person where they are.
Her work weaves together Expressive Art Therapy with elements of mindfulness, body-based practices, and relational approaches such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Sensorimotor-based therapy, and Attachment-focused therapy. Danielle’s heart is to help clients deepen self-understanding and compassion, build resilience, and find new ways of moving through challenges like anxiety, trauma, depression, self-esteem, and life transitions.
Outside of sessions, you’ll likely find Danielle rock climbing, hiking, making art of her own, spending time with her dog and community, or curled up with a good book.

Haley is deeply committed to a holistic approach in therapy. Her practice emphasizes the importance of understanding the systems in which individuals operate and the ways these systems influence their well-being.
She has a particular focus on working with individuals (children, teens and adults) and couples who have experienced trauma. Her therapeutic approach incorporates modalities such as Attachment Therapy, Restoration Therapy, Sensorimotor Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support clients in a comprehensive and empathetic manner.
Outside of her professional work, she enjoy taking her dog to the park when the weather is favorable, sewing, exploring nature, and going for walks. These activities help her maintain balance and bring a grounded perspective to her practice.
Danielle is a Licensed Associate Counselor providing mental health counseling in Phoenix AZ. Danielle enjoys exploring nature, playing instruments, and painting. She believes being good at a hobby is marked by the joy it adds to your life rather than how well it is completed.

Emily brings more than twenty years of experience walking alongside children, teens, adults, couples, and families as they navigate life’s challenges and healing journeys. She believes every person carries inherent value and approaches therapy with compassion, creativity, and a whole-person perspective.
Her sessions often weave together Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, expressive approaches, and Trauma Narrative Processing, always tailored to meet the unique needs of her clients.
When not in session, Emily enjoys time with loved ones, planting and exploring nature, and going on spontaneous drives just to see where the road leads. These moments keep her connected to the creativity and joy she also seeks to nurture in her clients.
Chloe doesn't see herself as the expert in the room- you are. As a Licensed Associate Counselor, she works with children, adults, and families, and her approach is built on a simple but profound belief: every person already holds the strengths they need. Sometimes those strengths just need the right space to be seen, named, and nurtured.
Her work is person-centered and trauma-informed, which in practice means she follows your lead, moves at a pace that feels right for you, and creates an environment where being fully yourself isn't just allowed- it's the whole point. She trusts that both the mind and body have a natural capacity for healing when given genuine support, and she draws from IFS, Trauma-Informed CBT, and expressive approaches like play and art to help that process unfold in ways that feel authentic rather than formulaic.
Chloe has experience working with trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression, and holds a particular passion for supporting LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent communities, and showing up with deep acceptance and zero agenda beyond your wellbeing. She feels genuinely honored to walk alongside people as they reconnect with themselves and grow into who they want to become. That's not a tagline. It's just how she works.

As a teacher, facilitator, and life coach, Cindy has over thirty years of experience in various roles of facilitating personal growth. She is a certified and licensed Shadow Work® group facilitator and coach. She participated and mentored others in LifeJourney Circle groups. She designed and co-led over 50 different weekend/week intensives in both Spanish and English.
She helps individuals identify and transform unhealthy patterns within their personal, family and professional systems. Her work as a licensed massage therapist helped her hone her skills and intuition to assist people in connecting healing in the body with healing in their stories. Shadow Work®, narrative therapy, and attachment theories are three of the lenses she uses in working with clients as she finishes her graduate studies.
She loves to learn, stay curious, and continue her own growth through writing, painting, reading and hiking. She gives credit to her two daughters for teaching her the deepest life lessons.
Rochto is a graduate student in the Marriage and Families Therapy Program at Fuller Theological Seminary. As an intern at The Rosemary Tree, he is committed to providing holistic care — fostering space for contemplation and processing emotions and experiences. With over a decade of working in multicultural spaces, he is both passionate and excited to work with clients (individuals, couples, and families) from all walks of life.
Rochto integrates therapeutic approaches such as Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support clients in exploring their stories, deepening self-awareness, and moving toward emotional wholeness.
Outside of the therapeutic setting, Rochto enjoys grilling in his backyard, spending time with his wife and 3 children, and watching/playing basketball.

Katelyn believes that healing doesn't have to be heavy. As a graduate-level intern, she brings a collaborative, playful spirit to her work with individuals and couples creating space that feels safe enough to be honest and light enough to breathe. She sees the dignity and strength already living in each person she sits with, and her job, as she sees it, is simply to help you find your way back to it.
When she's not in session, you'll find her painting rocks, losing herself in a good book, or winning (or at least attempting to win) at word games. She's happiest outdoors or surrounded by her people her dog very much included. That love for the creative process isn't just a hobby; it's core to how she understands change: as something that can be expressive, beautiful, and entirely your own.
Not every person who makes a therapy practice work is in the therapy room and Gabby is proof of that. As the Executive Finance and Operations Lead at The Rosemary Tree, she's the person who makes sure everything runs with the kind of clarity and care that lets everyone else do their best work. Behind every smooth experience- for clients, for staff, for the practice as a whole, there's intentional, thoughtful effort. Usually Gabby's.
She's driven by people, purpose, and precision, and finds genuine fulfillment in helping others navigate their needs without unnecessary friction. Her approach blends strategic thinking with real human warmth, and whether she's working behind the scenes or directly alongside others, she's always building systems and experiences that are both effective and actually feel good to be part of.

Lindsey has spent over 15 years proving that good teaching isn't about where a student starts, it's about believing in where they can go. She's worked with AP students chasing college credit and students rebuilding it through recovery programs, and she brings the same commitment and adaptability to both. That range isn't just experience; it's a philosophy.
Within the PHP program, Lindsey weaves academic instruction together with social-emotional support, helping students build the confidence, resilience, and independence they need to move forward in school and beyond. She's trained in the AVID program, with a focus on college and career readiness, organizational skills, and developing genuine student agency. Her approach centers on relationships first, structure second, and meeting every student exactly where they are.
Outside of the classroom, Lindsey is feeding her sourdough starter Chauncey, hitting a trail, diving into a good book, or planning her next trip somewhere with deep history and good stories. She believes learning doesn't stop when the bell rings and Chauncey is living proof she's committed to the long game.
