Through mindful practices and nature-based connection, you’ll rediscover the grounded presence your children need from you.

What You'll Experience in This Renewal Journey

Part 1: Boundaries in Nature

Jan 17 | 1–4 PM | Phoenix, AZ

A grounding afternoon exploring boundaries, empathy, creative reflection, and mindfulness.

Childcare included ages 6–12.

Part 2: Forest Walk

Jan 24 | 1–4 PM | Phoenix, AZ

A gentle, guided forest-bathing walk focused on nervous system restoration, creativity, and renewed parenting presence.
